All pork, our lean, pastured milk fed pork, ground, mixed with spices, including home grown red pepper flakes and Ontario Maple Syrup from the woods of Neil Martin.  A bit sweet and a bit spicy, leaves you  wanting more!

These guys are available in 1 lb packs of links, or in 1/4 lb patties.
