Apples, good. Cinnamon and sage, good. Pork, good. Sausage…GOOD!!  This one is my personal favorite, sausage wise.  Sweet, mellow, with a bite of beautiful green from the sage.  Can you say UMAMI?  my favorite way to eat these is bbq’d on a soft bun, with saurkraut and a slice , of apple, red onion and Gravelbourg Mustard.
