Same thing as the smoked hocks, only, well, NOT .  These are cut into dainty rounds, and are superb in baked beans, with sourkraut and sausage, lentils, curries, and stews.  Pair em with our cubed pork or Dumb Farmers Sausage for a delicious treat.
