These are the shoulder roasts, butt and picnic.  What they lack in eye appeal, they make up for in flavor.  Pulled pork!   The roasts weigh in between 3 and 5 lbs. Most of them have a bone in.  They are the best pulled pork, whether slow cooked or smoked!  $6.50/lb, so they vary in price from $18-$35. Cheap meals!
